About Nonna's Italian Bistro

Nonna’s Italian Bistro has a long history and was the 3rd restaurant that Nonna opened.

Nonna settled in Greenwood Village in 1988 and originally had Ristorante Catalano, and then opened Nonna's Chicago Bistro in Denver off Leetsdale. She then launched Nonna's Italian Bistro where it currently sits in Centennial, CO in September 2014.

 

Nonna recently retired and the restaurant was transferred to the new owners Kevin and Wendy Blount who are carrying on the fine tradition that was established by Nonna and her family.

 

Wendy's lineage hails from Abruzzo, Italy where her Great Nani came through Ellis Island in 1918 and eventually made her way to Denver where she ran the Rosa Mia Inn for over 30 years by Lakeside.  Known as Nani and Poppi, we are excited to continue serving guests at Nonna's Italian Bistro and invite you to become part of our family as we grow and build on the experience that is Nonna's Italian Bistro.
